For orders over €49 we will give you free shipping costs, so shipping is free !
Below this order value, shipping including tracking and environmentally friendly packaging costs €4.50 within Austria and €9.90 to Germany .

We will contact you in advance to determine the exact delivery costs to other countries.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases (e.g. customs duties, import sales tax) for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by the customer. We ship with DPD (to Austria and Germany) and with Austrian Post (worldwide).
Delivery time : Unless another deadline is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered within Austria within 2-4 working days, for deliveries abroad within 7-9 working days from the day after the order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
Unfortunately, deliveries to parcel stations and boxes are not possible.

Note on returns
If you are not satisfied with any products from your order (those that we do not make individually to order), you can return them to us within 14 days. The goods must be in perfect, new condition and unworn.
When returning the item, please indicate who it is from - either by your name and/or the order number.
We are a family-run online shop and above all Returns are very costly for us. So if you have any questions about a product regarding size, material, color, etc., please contact us in advance at info@pawsome-shop.at.
We hope for your understanding that you must therefore bear the return costs yourself. You are welcome to write to us if you would like us to send you a return label , as we have slightly more favorable conditions with DPD than private individuals.
