Position summary:

As a manufacturing manager, you play a key role in increasing our productivity, improving our quality standards and maintaining our positive corporate culture. We would love for you to grow with us by leading the creation of products that make dogs and their owners happy.

Areas of responsibility:

• Production Planning and Monitoring: Bring your canine love and energy into creating our production schedules to ensure our products are manufactured on time and with high quality.
• Participation in the production of the products: Learn old and innovative craft techniques that are necessary for the careful manufacture of our products.
• Resource management: Use your organizational talents to ensure that our talented employees are managed in the best possible way and that our machines and materials are used efficiently.
• Quality Control: They implement quality control procedures to ensure that our products win the hearts of our customers.
• Process optimization: Let your creative ideas bubble up to increase the efficiency of our manufacturing processes and make production run smoothly.
• Team leadership: Your positive charisma and team spirit motivates and inspires our production team to achieve top performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing management, mechanical engineering or a related discipline - preferably in the production of consumer goods.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written German.
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team.
• Craftsmanship and the willingness to learn new manufacturing techniques in our factory.
